Omnivisto recognise that some of existing software solutions used in project portfolio management don’t scale to very large investment. Those that do might not scale economically to very small projects and teams.
At Omnivisto, we believe the importance of a project (particularly to those running them) doesn’t depend on the project’s size or cost. Although supporting investments of any size, Omnivisto wants to enable small project teams with limited resources.
Omnivisto asked a whole bunch of people from a whole bunch of industries too! We really did go to great lengths and it’s not just project and programme managers we’ve spoken to either.
